Do I have an eligible purchase?

If you purchased a qualifying Samsung Chef Collection Free Standing Refrigerator plus any two other qualifying Samsung Chef Collection Appliances or if you purchased a qualifying Samsung Built in Chef Collection Refrigerator plus any two other qualifying Samsung Chef Collection Appliances, then you may have an eligible purchase. All purchases must occur in the same transaction and be on the same receipt. Qualifying Purchase must be completed from a participating retailer in-store or online between September 4, 2018 and December 31, 2018.

What is the offer?

Purchase a qualifying Samsung Chef Collection Free Standing Refrigerator plus any two (2) other qualifying Samsung Chef Collection Appliances in the same transaction and on the same receipt (“Qualifying Purchase”) from a participating retailer in-store or online and receive a $1,000 Visa® Reward Card (after submitting valid offer claim as described below). Purchase a qualifying Samsung Built in Chef Collection Refrigerator plus any two (2) other qualifying Samsung Chef Collection Appliances in the same transaction and on the same receipt (also a “Qualifying Purchase”) from a participating retailer and receive a $1,500 Visa Reward Card (after submitting valid offer claim as described below). When can I expect my Visa® Reward Card?

If your submission meets the Official Terms & Conditions requirements you will be sent your Visa Reward Card within approximately 6-8 weeks from approval of Offer claim submission (please allow 2 weeks for review of your offer claim from the time of claim submission), while supplies last.

How do I redeem this offer?

  1. Purchase a qualifying Samsung Chef Collection Refrigerator and any two (2) additional Chef Collection Appliances from a participating retailer in-store or online between September 4, 2018 and December 31, 2018 and save your receipt.
  2. Submit an Offer claim form using one (1) of the following two (2) methods (either Online or Mail-in):
    1. Online:
      1. Visit https://promos.samsungpromotions.com/ChefCollectionRenovation (“Website”) to access the online Offer claim form.
      2. Complete and submit the Offer claim form by June 30, 2019 by following the on-screen prompts to provide the required information including but not limited to: participant’s full name (no initials), complete mailing address (no P.O. Boxes), valid email address, telephone number, and date of birth. Participants will not be allowed to change their mailing address or email address after submitting.
      3. Provide date of Qualifying Purchase and upload a photograph of the original register receipt showing the Qualifying Purchase. The file must be in .JPEG, .JPG, or GIF, format and may not exceed 8MB.
    2. Mail-in: Participant must legibly and fully complete the Offer claim form found at the bottom of these Terms and Conditions and mail it with the Qualifying Purchase receipt in an envelope to The Samsung Home Appliance Chef Collection Renovation Offer, P.O. Box 251328, West Bloomfield, MI 48325 (collectively, the “Mail-In Envelope”). The Mail-In Envelope must be postmarked by July 1, 2019 and received by July 11, 2019.

Can I submit for more than one qualifying purchase?

There is a limit of one (1) claim per household.

I bought the Samsung Appliance Products from a non-participating retailer, am I eligible for this Offer?

No, only purchases from a participating retailer are eligible for this offer.

I previously bought qualifying products in one single transaction from a participating retailer, can I still participate in this Offer?

No, only home appliances purchased between September 4, 2018 and December 31, 2018 are eligible for this offer.

What information do I need to submit?

You must have your receipt in hand to fully complete the submission process. Once you have receipt, follow the prompts and complete all required forms on https://samsungpromotions.com/ChefCollectionRenovation to complete your submission.

Where do I find serial numbers on my home appliance?

Check the side trim and bottom of your appliances. If you continue experiencing difficulty in finding your serial numbers, please contact Samsung customer service at 1-866-888-5503.

I lost my receipt/proof of purchase to the qualifying home appliance purchase; can I still participate?

No, a valid receipt/proof of purchase is mandatory for participation in this Offer.

What happens if I don’t submit my information online by June 30, 2019?

You will no longer be eligible for the Offer.

What do I do if I get the error message “Invalid Serial Number” when inputting my serial number for my home appliance?

Please make sure that you have entered all 14 or 15 digits.

What happens if I’m having problems submitting my claim?

If you are unable to complete an Offer Claim Form due to an error, please contact Samsung Customer Support at 1-866-888-5503.

How can I check the status of my claim?

After you receive your registration confirmation email, you may visit https://promos.samsungpromotions.com/info/checkstatus to check your status. Follow the instructions to see your status. Please allow at least 24 hours after submitting your offer claim before checking the status of your submission.

I submitted my information but I haven’t gotten an email confirmation in 5 business days. What do I do?

  1. Please be sure to check your Spam folder (emails will be sent by noreply@samsungpromotions.com)
  2. If you still have not received an email, please take a look at your submission status by following the instructions under “How can I check the status of my submission?”
  3. If there hasn’t been an update to your status within 10 business days, please contact Customer Support at 1-866-888-5503.

What is my course of action if I am rejected?

You will receive an email with why you were rejected and steps to resubmit. Resubmissions must be completed before 11:59:59 PM ET on July 11, 2019. If you don’t receive this email, please contact Customer Support at 1-866-888-5503.
